The MAC Field Services team... engineers, technicians and journeymen who design, build and install state-of-the-art equipment and instrumentation, provide a complete engineering and maintenance service for pressurizing, circulating and forced cooling plants.
If your plants have been on-line but neglected because of shortage of experienced engineering and/or maintenance personnel, we can provide all you need to assure equipment reliability. Aging Pumping, Circulating and Forced-Cooling Plants can impede system reliability.

- Pressurizing, Circulating
Complete engineering surveys yield a comprehensive evaluation of your plants operating condition. All equipment including pumps, piping, valves, electrical circuits, instrument calibration, and general physical condition of your plants, are evaluated and you are provided with a detailed report.
- Operating and Maintenance Manuals
For Plants to which undocumented changes may have been made to wiring, controls, piping arragement, etc., or in cases where OMM's just cannot be located, MAC will do a complete engineering and operational assessment study and prepare complete operational, design, and maintenance instructions.
- Plant Repair and Improvement Recommendations
Along with an OMM comes a list (if any) of repairs or equipment upgrade that is recommended for improved plant operation and/or reliability, MAC has the on-site capability to repair or rebuild an entire plant.
- Remote Monitoring and Control Systems
Retrofit your plants with a comprehensive, easy to use, MAC Remote Monitoring and Control system. It gives your operating personnel remote access to real-time operating data and the ability to remotely control important functions in the plant. It transmits alarms as they occur.
- Emergency Power Back-up Pressurization Systems
Provides continued operation of feeder pressurizing pumps. Two systems are available, Nitrogen Gas Powered, and Diesel Fuel Powered. Each offer excellent reliability and a minimum amount of maintenance.
- Diesel Back-Up Systems
Fully enclosed Diesel Fuel Back-Up Systems house diesel engine, fuel supply, and controls, providing reliable power to feeder pressurization pumps
- Insulated Aluminum Roof Caps
For plants with deteriorated roofs that leak or may soon leak, MAC custom builds, to exact field measurements, and installs the most reliable roof Cap system available.
